How to remove an iPhone from a hacked gmail account?

So, I have an Android, and my Snapchat got hacked via someone with an iPhone 7, and Snapchat gave me an IP, now my Gmail is getting hacked via an iPhone 7. I tried to remove the unwanted device and there's no option to remove it. Is there anyway to get rid of it?

Do a security checkup on Google myaccount.google.com and set up 2 step authentication and install an app called google authenticator

Just change your password. Once you do that any connected device nolonger has access.
