How to remove call barring from iPhone 4s?

There's no way that you could have done what you said you have done!
Call baring is available for calls from certain chosen numbers, only, and only a few of those too.
To put it in place for any number, there's a code that must be dialed to achieve this, and another code that unblocks that number.
Please do not get confused with the "PUCK", unlock code!
It sounds to me as if your phone is now locked, and you will have to use the unique "PUCK" code to unlock it.
If this does not work, after three, only, tries, then your phone might have become useless.
But, you can try the professional unlock services, first, before you throw the phone away.
- Will it show up as a missed call if i call someone by accident for half a ring? So I accidentally called my ex on his iphone, but I quickly realized my mistake and hung up after a half ring.
