How to remove duplicated songs off of my iPhone?

Later today, i went on and deleted every song on my iPhone, then went on and added the songs i wanted or listened to frequently back into the phone.

What i noticed when surfing my iPhone music library is that, theirs songs i previously had but deleted yet they still show up but i can't listen to 'em, and have like two files of the same song (one that works and one that doesn't).

I would like to remove this but don't know how to, can anyone help? I've tried the "show duplicate item" option on iTunes but that didn't work neither as it doesn't show anything.

Hi, I have the similar problem with you last week. But by last weekend, I bought a ios eraser software which can easily and permanently clean the useless data or information for iPhone, ipad, ipod. Maybe you can download the trial version for a try to delete the duplicated songs.

  • Will syncing my new iPhone remove my songs on iTunes? Hi, I just got a new phone and I'm confused! I've got an iPod Touch will over hundreds of songs on my iTunes. If I plug my new iPhone in to the computer, will I be to transfer my iTunes songs on to my phone without it deleting anything? Will this make a difference when I plug my iPod into the computer?   • Two songs are stuck on my iPhone as alarm choices. How do I remove/replace them from that list? So I would appear to have a limit of 5 songs to choose from on this list. I see no way to directly delete songs. The list is full and when I add a song the song at the top of the list is bumped off. But that doesn't work for getting the song choice the iPhone already had on there* or the first song I selected for the list off of the list. Why? Can they be removed and if so how? *Apparently my alphabetically first song bought from iTunes
  • Songs duplicated Itunes Why are songs being added to my iphone if i don't have any songs or artist selected? Where is it coming from? I know there coming from my main music folder but i don't understand how? I'm just tired of this and frustrated because it adds songs 2-3 times. I'm just trying to keep my music organized and its very difficult to do so.
  • My iPhone duplicated my contacts? I have an iPhone 4S for Verizon and I just upgraded to iOS6 yesterday. Today I went to back up my contacts and it backed then up as usually, but also duplicated every single one if my contacts. How can I fix this without individually deleting each duplicate?
