How to remove songs from iPhone 5C?
I'm trying to remove songs from my iPhone… I delete them from the player but then when I sync my phone, they reappear!
On itune when I open the phone section, I can see what is on my phone and I see a list of songs that are on my phone but I can't delete them!
I can delete songs from playlists I created but not song they I directly synced on my phone…
Anyone knows how to fix this?
It's driving me nuts!
Easy, go to the music tab when you connect your iPhone to iTunes, you either chose to sync all the music in your library or a full album or all the songs from an artist, so if you delete only one song from either, iTunes will just resync them; the easiest way to manage your music is to create a sync playlist with all the songs you want on your iPhone and then you just choose to sync that playlist, or you can create a smaller playlist with the songs you want from the artist you deleted songs from and deselect to sync all from that artist and sync that playlist instead.
You have to do it in the sync options, what you're seeing is just what's on your iPhone anyou can't delete that from there, you have to remove them from syncing
- Will syncing my new iPhone remove my songs on iTunes? Hi, I just got a new phone and I'm confused! I've got an iPod Touch will over hundreds of songs on my iTunes. If I plug my new iPhone in to the computer, will I be to transfer my iTunes songs on to my phone without it deleting anything? Will this make a difference when I plug my iPod into the computer? Haha I don't know much about phones tbh!
- Two songs are stuck on my iPhone as alarm choices. How do I remove/replace them from that list? So I would appear to have a limit of 5 songs to choose from on this list. I see no way to directly delete songs. The list is full and when I add a song the song at the top of the list is bumped off. But that doesn't work for getting the song choice the iPhone already had on there* or the first song I selected for the list off of the list. Why? Can they be removed and if so how? *Apparently my alphabetically first song bought from iTunes
- Need to add new songs to iphone without deleting old songs So my old computer crashed and with that i lost all my music that was downloaded to itunes, so i only have those songs saved to my iphone now i just spent $25 on my computer downloading music, but when i went to download it onto my phone it said it didn't match up with this computer and that in order to sync new songs it would delete my entire music library on my phone! I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
- I'm deleting songs from my iphone, but now songs playing don't match the names. How to fix? I deleted about 3 dozen songs from my iphone using the "swipe and delete" method. But now when i play i choose a song from my list by name a different song will play. Any ideas how to fix this?
