How to reset iPhone?
I dropped my iPhone 5s and its not cracked but half the screen has thick white lines through it and it is unresponsive, therefore i can't type my password into it. How do I reset it to remove passcode?
The only way that I know is to put your phone in DFU mode and restore it with iTunes. This will erase everything off of your phone though. So if you don't have anything backed up, you'll be out of luck.
The only other alternative would be to replace the display assembly.
