How to reset my bluetooth for this speaker?
I have an iPhone 5S, and everything works properly. One time, I was connected to a speaker via bluetooth to play my music and I acidentally tapped "forget this device" instead of normally disconnecting it from the speaker. Now, I can no longer connect to the soeaker from my phone OR iPad. Most websites tell me to "put the device/accessory back into discoverable mode" but I'm not sure how to do that. Can someone please help me fix this?
Make sure that the speaker is not connected to any other device before you attempt to connect to. Discoverable mode is available in your phone or iPad; not in the speaker.
