You mean restore. Plug into iTunes & you'd see the option there.

Power off phone then hold middle button an volume buttons down and while pushing them push an hold power button down till it asks you to plug into iTunes an yes you do need an iTunes account an make sure that find my iphone isn't on or that it's yours cause if not it won't work completely. It'll do the reset but you won't be able to activate it.
