How to restore iOS 7 backup onto iOS 6.1.3?

I recently upgrade my iPhone 4S to the beta version of iOS 7. I didn't like it, so I downgraded back to iOS 6.1.3. I made the mistake of not backing up my phone in the iOS 6 version, but before I downgraded back to iOS 7, I made a backup. Is there a way of restoring my iPhone iOS 6 using the iOS 7 backup I made?

I do not believe there's a way. I just tried the same thing.
i have backups but they are too old.
its a shame i hope you find an answer as iOS 7 has too many bugs for my liking.

Guys, I'm sorry,.It is not possible. All iOS Files were converted to iOS 7. I've been through this and I did as much research as I could.

I used my iPhone on iOS 7 for a week and I lost everything that I did in that week including the pics.

Could't restore that backup.

  • Will my ios downgrade if i restore backup via a computer with an iphone? The last backup i did for my iphone was about a week ago just before ios7 came out via a computer. If i download ios7 now and then do a restore via a computer will my iphone go back to ios6 since that is the ios that was on the phone when i backed it up?
