How to restore iphone without itune?
I want to restore my iPhone 4 iOS 6.1 using any other software.
i'm restore using itune it so error 3194 after connect tss server it give me error 11 i update my itune change data cable but still problem please tell me another software.
Reboot.
1. Hold down the "Sleep/Wake" button at the top of the phone. After a few seconds a notice saying "Slide to power off" will appear.
2. Slide the red button to power down the phone.
3. Hold down the "Home" button. This is the square button on the iPhone under the screen. After about ten seconds a yellow triangle and a notice saying "Please Connect to iTunes" will appear.
4. Plug the iPhone into the computer on which are running iTunes. You must have an iPhone or iPod USB cable, because the side that is inserted into the iPhone is unique to Apple.
5. Open iTunes. If you do not have iTunes, you can download the latest version from the Apple website.
6. Click "OK" when iTunes shows you a message saying "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode."
7. Click "Restore" on the window that appears, and then let the restoration process run and complete. This is the "Summary" tab for the iPhone. You can go back to this window at any time to restore the phone. The icon for it is located on the left-hand side of iTunes.
There's no solution to this because no software is used to restore expect iTunes but as you told that the error is coming contact Apple so that the technical error can be removed but if you don't want to do that then Connect your iPhone to iTunes and select update the iPhone and then get the iPhone download the latest iOS version 7.0.3

Restoring From a Backup
Step 1
Start up your iPhone. On a freshly restored iPhone, you are prompted to use the Setup Assistant. Do this in a place where the iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi signal. This can consume a lot of data.
Step 2
Select "Restore from iCloud Backup."
Step 3
Enter your iCloud username and password information. Your iPhone will restart and begin downloading your backup from iCloud. You may be asked to choose from up to three backups on iCloud, sorted by date.
