How to restore ipod-touch/iphone without a computer?

Your best bet (without a computer) would be to look under the "General" tab in the Settings application. At the bottom, there should be a sub-category entitled "Reset". Tap on that, and reset all of the listed options. This will restore the device through its entirety, but not completely (without a computer). Hope this helps!
