How to restore my deleted notes on iPhone 4?
Hiya, I had a load of notes on my iPhone 4 and they just randomly deleted themselves? I had some real important stuff on there that I need and I have no idea how to get them back. ><
If it's things that I need to carry out on the actual phone, could you tell me where and how to do it on the handset?

Restore using your back-uped data. If you have already synced your iphone after your notes were deleted, then you would have over-ridden the back-up, so can't restore the notes.
If you haven't, plug your iPhone into your computer, STOP the sync (cancel it on iTunes), and click restore. It should ask you which device-backup you want after the restoration's completed, select the latest one (that would be the sync you had before your notes were deleted), and your notes should appear back on.
