How to restore my Iphone 5 without knowing the icloud information?
I have bought an Iphone 5 and the previous owner never deactivated the "find my iphone" option so it is asking me for their icloud information. Is there any way I can restore this phone and delete the icloud account attached to it?
Nope. You'd have to contact them to remove that
You can remove icloud if phone was not stolen in ebay you can find. But price is high.

You most likely bought a stolen phone. You can try asking the seller if they can remove the phone from their iCloud account, and if they're legit, then they'll do it. If they don't, then it's a stolen phone, which is useless.
- Is there any way an iPhone can be unlocked without knowing the passcode? My principal took my phone and demanded that I write down the passcode for it. I refused. So he said "Well, I'll keep your phone, and I'll call your mother and me and her can go through it together." I don't think he has a right to go through my phone anyway. But, does he mean that he is planning on cracking the code or something? Can he do that? Is it possible? btw, the passcode is pretty complicated, letters and numbers, i don't think it could be guessed.
