How to restore my iphone 5s to factory settings?
Ok so i'm literally having a panic attack i was on facebook pressed my lock button by accident then tried to get in by it was saying my passwords incorrect so i pressed the lock button again then my phone wouldn't go to the password screen i could hear it taking photos and would get calls then i managed to get on to the camera screen and sirri by holding the power button for ten seconds i decided to factory restore it but itunes won't let me unless i turn the phone off which can't do because everytime press the power button it takes a photo
Added (1). oh when i tried my password it wouldn't let me in with fingerprint either actually it didn't even acknowledge it
You need to put your phone in recovery mode or in DFU mode and connect to iTunes and restore it. Here is how to get in Recovery mode:
-connect to pc then hold home and power until you will see usb cable +itunes on iPhone screen and itunes should detect iPhone
Here is how to get in DFU mode:
-connect to itunes then hold exactly 10 sec home and Power, then let go and hold only Home until phone is detected by iTunes, iPhone should have black screen

Connected to my computer and iTunes but restore from a backup not to factory defaults. Concern is that if I do so now, is my computer and the restore already corrupted? Does iCloud make a difference?
