How to restore pictures from iphone?
I wanted to ADD my pictures from my ipod touch to my iphone and i accidentaly clicked sync and deleted everything from my ipod touch to my iphone and now my iphone looks exactly like my ipod touch just with out the game apps. I want to restore my iphone pictures by NOT using any of those recovery webites. Does anyone know how to get those pictures back?!

- When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?
- Restore pictures from MyFolder app on iPhone? I had a few photos in my MyFolder app and I just realized that the ones I wanted didn't export to my camera roll when I clicked it. Then I deleted the folder they were in. Is there any way at all to get them back? They are extremely important to me.
