How to restore whatsapp chats on iphone icloud?
I want to update my version of whatsapp. It's an old version which hasn't been updated in a few years because I downloaded it on an account that I forgot all my details so no longer have access to.
I want to update it but the problem is that I want to keep all my chats. My phone is on ios 6 so it does have icloud backup but my app doesn't have it in the chat settings due to being old.
I want to get the latest version of whatsapp by deleting my current version and reinstalling it on my new account. But because my app doesn't have icloud backup, will I still be able to restore them since I have got icloud backup on my os.
