Most cell phone contract service providers have this information in their databases and can show it to you if you establish an account on their Internet website. I can do this with my AT&T account. It is the same information that used to show up on the paper statements mailed each month.
The details will be the number called by you, or calling you, the date and time and duration, and whether or not it was roaming.
You might or might not be able to see similar details about texting.
If you are using a no-contract cell phone service provider, I have no idea.
