How to retrieve deleted backups from an iPhone?

So I got ios7, bad idea. Then I had to downgrade to ios6 after having it for months but when I downgraded it, it took all of the backups from those months and months before that and erased them. Now all I have is a backup file from mid 2012, meanwhile, I backed my phone up almost everyday. Is there any way to retrieve these lost backups? Or am I stuck with an iPhone that is stuck in the past?

You're stuck on iOS 7 if you want to use the backups. Also, it's not safe to run iOS 7 unless you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you don't need to worry about Apple disabling your device for running unreleased software.
