How to retrieve notes that I didn't delete on my iphone5?
So I went into my notes on my iPhone 5 and it said something like no notes and I had at least 6-7 notes already in there and I really don't know how they all got deleted!
If they aren't there, they've been deleted (irrespective of what you think you did or didn't do). They're gone.
- Why does my iPhone notes app.delete some notes? Some have been there for over a year others just disappear after a few days. I have not (to my knowledge) done anything differently.

Is there any way to get them back considering they used to be on my email before?

This is very concerning, because important things were deleted. All the help I've looked up seems risky, and I don't want to risk losing the note forever. How can I get my note back?
