How to run while listening to music?

I run about 3 miles every night and have been doing it without listening to my iPod. I have an iPhone 4S and the Apple Earbuds, the solid hard ones. Will the earbuds fall out of my ears as I run and sweat? How would you do this.haha.

You're joking, right?

They won't fall out if the chord doesn't budge. You can buy an arm sleeve for the phone, the chord can be long enough to put in your pocket, but if not just hold it in your hand.

You could get those earbuds that have those little pieces of plastic that hook around your ear. That's pretty much what they're made for, so they don't slip out.

The earbuds should be fine, but there are several kinds that at Walmart or Target that will work. I use some that wrap around my ears. I don't know what they are called. You can get arm straps or hand straps that are made for this. Some people just have them in their pockets, but I don't like how much they bounce. I bought an ipod shuffle that clips to my pants. Just a tip, I typically put the chords under my shirt so they don't bounce around, so my hands don't hit them, and so it is easier to take my shirt off.

Use the earbuds they shouldn't fall out.
Either hold the ipod or tuck it in the waist of your shorts.
Put the string connecting the earbuds and the ipod under/through your shirt so the string doesn't get tangled and annoying. Turn it up and enjoy

Put them through your shirt. If they fall out, then you can hear them because theyll be held up by your collar.

  • What are some good free music listening apps for an iPhone? I have used the app spotify and did not care for it. I would still like find a app where you can find a song and listen to it for free. I already know of Pandora and use it but I want something that you can create your own playlist and listen to it for free.
  • Should I stop listening to grime music? I have loads of grime music on my iphone because I got into it early this year, but everytime I listen to it now I feel like i'm some sort of chav! I now think rap is much better and when you listen to rap you actually feel good, but when you listen to grime you feel like a chav! Not all grime, some is good. But yeah, what do you think, should I just stop listening completely? Or?
