How to save a ringtone to my iphone 4s from a text?

My friend sent me a ringtone through a text but i can't figure out how to save it

I don't think you can. With my past experience with trying to save ringtones on my iPhone, i've always had to hook it up to the computer and go through iTunes in order to save the song to the phone and be able to use it. Maybe there maybe a shortcut, check out YouTube.

  • Save/Lock a text message on iPhone 4? Is there a way to save a text message on iPhone 4? Not like back it up and transfer to a computer. I don't want to screenshot them. On the Android phones, you can lock/save a text messages so you can always go back to them and they can't delete unless you unlock/unsave them. My iPhone 4 is Jailbroken. So any Cydia apps/tweaks are helpful.

  • Iphone apps for to save text messages? OK so i feel my girlfriend is sending messages to a guy and deleting them after and so on… is there a app i can install on her iphone to save all text messages in a file so even if they get deleted i can open the app and still see what's going on?
