Click on the picture so that it enters into full-screen mode. If it doesn't have the option to save it, you can just press the home button and the sleep/power button (top button) at the same time and it will take a screenshot which will be found in your pictures.
- Why does itunes keep trying to replace the album artwork I used that is the right album artwork? Itunes keeps replacing the right artwork with the wrong artwork on some albums I have on it. It's so annoying.
