How to save up for 64gb iPhone 5s?

Should I get the iPhone 5s or the Samsung galaxy s4
If so how do I save up for any of those 2 phones

1.It's up to you although the difference between the last iPhone and the 'new' ones are basically nill. Also android and ios are very different platforms your best visting a store and having a go on them there. Out of the two I prefer ios but I use windows for my phone simply because it's faster and cheaper check out Huawei they make killer phones for next to nothing!
2. The only real way is to get a job unless you want to sponge £600 off your parents and £600 for a phone that'll be 'out dated' in a year or two doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
