How to save up for an iPhone 4S when you're a teenager?
I got around $120 total for my birthday if that helps start… And I'm not looking for a brand new one just a used one. What are quick ways to save money? I really want one but my mom can't afford it.

You could get a job. Pretty sure craigslist has super cheap iphone 4s's considering they are now an old model.
If you can't get a job such as a paper round etc then why not offer to do odd jobs for friends, family and neighbours? Wash cars, mow lawns, dog walk etc.
Working or stealing is the only two ways to earn/get money and save it.
In your neighborhood, is there a need for a babysitter or dog walker? What about yard work, like shoveling, raking, putting down mulch in people's gardens or mowing lawns?
Go to your local community center. Sometimes people call there looking for young students to help them in exchange for pay.
Just some advice… With all the new models, the 4S is no longer made, and soon it's not going to be eligible for software updates.
In that way it's probably better to try to get a newer phone
