In your scenario, it's not possible. Just email the picture to them with your smartphone by using Wi-Fi. Otherwise, with that phone, it's impossible to send a picture. It's like stealing data if it is possible. I know that you're not trying to but an MMS needs data to send a picture.

To send picture through you MMS, it is necessary to use internet connection. You are required and also you phone will give a message to get internet connection for sending any picture to your friends, etc.
