How to send PayPal a Tracking Number?

Okay, so about a week ago, i posted my iPhone 4 on Ebay, and it sold. It sold for $250.Me and the guy who i sold it too were emailing eachother because we were in different time zones, and i didn't know he sent the money to PayPal. I got an Email from PayPal (Service@PayPal.com, or something like that ) saying that MR.<PAYPALNAME> sent you $310.00 USD. It also said that to protect the buyer and seller, i need to send paypal a tracking code. So my question is how do i do that? I've checked all over PayPal.com, and couldnt find anything. I also went to the email they sent me, and clicked the link that was in the email, and it just describes what is going on, and that my money is on HOLD until i send the Tracking Code to PayPal. Any answers provided that are seriouse, will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED.

The e-mail you got was not really from Paypal. The person you are dealing with did not really send any money to you. DO NOT SHIP YOUR PHONE.

Forward the e-mail to spoof@paypal.com and they will tell you it's fake.

Sounds like a scam BUT to check, log into your PayPal account via the website. If a payment has been received it will be showing there. However, PayPal doesn't instantly release the money to you. You do need to provide PayPal with details of the shipment ie it's tracking number. And you only ever mail to the buyers address as registered with PayPal. Then, after 21 days or if the buyer leaves feedback, the money will be released to you. Just check that it is in your real PayPal account, don't trust links in emails. There are a lot of scams surrounding phones, be careful.

So I attempted to buy an iphone 6s plus on eBay and I was trying to pay trough PayPal but for some reason the payment didn't go through so I sent the money directly to the seller through send and request. Before I actually sent it I contacted the seller and she responded every time, she even told she would send me the tracking number but anyways I don't wanna be too long… I'm now realizing it was a scam so how do I get a refund from paypal?
