How to set a wireless computer priority?

In my household we have way too many electronic devices. My wife and daughter have Iphones, Ipad, and ipods all using my wireless network. I'm constantly getting booted off the network on my brand new windows 8 laptop every time someone connects to the internet. When I shut them all off or disconnect them I have perfect connection. How can I set a priority for my laptop if possible?

Usually you can't if everyone else is wireless as well. Most home routers with QoS, assign priority by port, and wireless is usually considered one port.
There may be a few higher end routers that have QoS based on IP address (you can assign yourself a fix IP address), but the QoS features vary a lot between different models. You just have to do some Internet research on QoS in routers that allows QoS by IP, and buy that router…
