How to set iphone app to use location only when open?
I recently downloaded the google app or google glasses app (whichever it is called) and I noticed that my GPS was on even when the app wasn't running. Is there a way to set he app so that the location services only come on when I open the app and then turn off when I hit the home button?
It shouldn't be doing that. Make sure you close it completely from the multitask. If not then you probly can't turn it off
- Tech geniuses. Is there a way to fake your iPhone s location? *specifically on find my friends /location services*? Wondering if anyone can help me either 1) freeze my iPhones location at a specific spot or 2) completely fake the location (without jailbreaking my phone) I'm required to share my location at all times to my parents and need a night a feeedom.
- Is there anyway to spoof your location on life 360 or change your gps location on an iPhone? I've tired just about everything to not be tracked on Life360 and it will notify if you turn it on airplane mode or turn off your location settings. Also can't delete the app need help. Or is there anyway to change your gps location in an iPhone without jailbreaking it?
- Is there an iPhone timer app that has a minutes-only and/or a seconds-only option? I'm looking for a timer app on my phone where I can set a timer that counts down, but have it read literal minutes or seconds. Like instead of 6:00:00 for 6 hours, I'd want it to read 240:00 (240 minutes) or just have it read 14,400 seconds. I've downloaded about 20 free timer apps, and can't find what I'm looking for. Is there one? Even if it costs money? But I'd prefer it to be free…
- IPhone 4s stuck on set-up screen which leads to emergency calls only screen? I haven't turned on my iPhone 4s in quite a while as I got a new one, but I'm trying to sell it and when I turn it on, it leads to the set-up screen that is a gray background that says iPhone on it, & the slider says "slide to set up" in a bunch of languages. However, when I slide it, it leads to the "emergency calls only" screen. How do I get into my iPhone?
