How to set my iPhone to a lower iOS?

I want to jailbreak my iPhone but they only have it for iOS 6.1.2 or lower and mine is iOS 6.1.3.Is there anyway to put it back to a lower iOS?

No, sorry. Apple has prevented downgrading.

You can use Redsn0w to downgrade and jailbreak but it's a process and it only works for the iPhone 3gs, 4, and 4s if you have a 5 there's no current way to downgrade.
