You need the POP or better, the IMAP settings of your email account.

It depends on what your company use for their email, if they are using Exchange then you need to get the address of your companies front end server, you'll also need to know if they allow active sync connections. The you'll need your domain, username and password and you should be OK. Depending on how things are configured you may also need a certificate installed on your phone if they are not using a public certification authority.
