I depends on which software you have. If you have iOS5, then you go into music, and under the more section at the bottom, there's a podcast tab that will show you all of them
If you have iOS 6, then there's a new app you have to get in order to look at all of your podcasts in one place. It's a purple app icon with the podcast symbol (I'm pretty sure its just called podcast).It should be on your phone when you upgraded from 5 to 6. But you can always get it in the app store it should be free.
