How to sort iPhone music songs alphabetically regardless of album?

For my downloaded songs from the internet I delete the album so they're all in the same "unknown" album, therefore when I go to artists > click on artist > click on the only album available > they're alphabetically sorted. I want to download and pay for Apple Music. Is there the option for this? I'm afraid I'll click on the artist, then it will show me all the different albums and I have to keep clicking different albums until I find the song I'm looking for.

ITunes is in control, but you can over ride it. I do all the time. DO NOT OPEN ITUNES TO DO THIS. In Windows Explorer, go to your I Tunes Music folder. You will be able to see all the songs you have removed from albums, and want to sort alphabetically. As you get each new album coming in, drag the SONGS in it to this folder, and sort alphabetically. Easy. Now - because of hidden encoding, this may or may NOT work as you add new material. At that point you need to add your own from end sorts - 001, 002, etc. And in you have to interfile them you need 001.01, 001.02 - let's hope this works the first way! Have done this hundreds of times.
