How to steal an iphone 4s ios7 without getting caught?
Please don't say i shouldnt i just want to know how someone steals an iphone 4s on ios 7 and doesn't get tracked and get away with it. I have it and i restored it but it is ios 7 and it says when i'm enabling new iphone it says i have a previous icloud account and it makes me type in my icloud user and pass, but i stole it and i don't know the persons. Is there a way to bypass this? And i took the sim card out and threw it in a lake so i didn't get caught, and i had it turned off for 2 months because i didn't know what to do

No there's no way to get past that. That's why it is there.
If they have iOS 7 then its a waste of time. Not only can you not turn off find my iphone but you can't restore it back without a password either. Even turning it on will allow them to identify the location.
