How to stop all my Macbook photos going on to my iPhone?

I have recently got a macbook and I also have an iPhone. I put all my photos from my old laptop onto my macbook (there was over 15,000!). My problem is that all of my old old photos are starting to go on my phone! I don't want them on my phone but want them on my macbook still, please can someone help me?!

If you plug the phone into the mac and go onto the device page when its connected, if you look on the left hand side on iTunes, it will say what's on this device by folder eg music, etc, and you can go onto pictures and there should be a check box to say whether you want to sync photos from your laptop onto the phone, that's how it used to be anyway, hope that can be of some use

Holly is onto it. You probably have 'photo sharing' turned on for iCloud so the phone and mac will swap them. Either find that and cut it off or you need to move the photos to a sub folder or new folder and make sure you Mac won't 'share' that folder with the phone. Best luck.
