How to stop Apple charging me for things I'm not using?
I currently swapped my iPhone 6S for a Samsung S8 but before I sold the 6S I forgot to stop Apple from taking money from me for storage. Does anyone know how to do this without having am Apple product?
Log in to your Apple account on their web site.
You should be able to disconnect the phone prom your account and also manage any other services you have.
Web login here
You can log onto your Apple ID from iCloud on your PC
Cancel the Direct Debit with your bank.
Could contact Apple Support on Twitter about that.
- When I first got my new iphone, I logged in to my other apple id to get my bought things back. So now apple music doesn't work. What to do? So now it says "icloud can't be turned on because this device is already associated with another account" and it's mad annoying. Apple music delets some of my songs or majority of them and I can't turn on icloud for music.
- IPhone charging cable not supported but still charging? I have a genuine Apple cable that came with my iPhone 6 (updated to the latest iOS). It fully charges up but when it gets to 100% I get a message that says "this accessory may not be supported". I don't see any damage to the cable and I have only had it a couple of months. Not sure whether to just ignore it or not?
- IPhone 5 charging, then not charging? I plug in my phone and it charges and then stops charging. So it's like constantly vibrating. I just got a new cable so I don't think that's it. No water damage. Any ideas? Or a quick, SAFE fix until I can get it looked at. I leave for camp tomorrow or I'd go do it then.
