How to stop Apple screwing me?
Most of my daughters music on her Android phone is iether ripped from YouTube or from the free music download sites all the kid's use… She just got an IPhone 4s and of course wants to transfer all her photos, music etc. I'm sure if I go through the "official' iTunes transfer set up by downloading Itunes to my PC then syncing it to the iPhone… Half of the music won't get through… Any simple soultions/// Its all on the Android SD card.

How are Apple screwing you? Making you use iTunes to transfer to and from an iPhone is not screwing you, that is how the iPhone is coded, to work seamlessly with Apple's iTunes.
Just buy the music on iTunes, what your daughter is doing is illegal and you seem to be supportive of her stealing music. Would you feel the same if she went into a music store and stole a load of CDs? Probably not, this is no different.
It doesn't sound like apple is screwing you, it sounds like you are just being stupid and trying to blame others for your problems.
Yes they would go through just fine. Get them off the SD card, onto a computer, into iTunes & sync onto the iPhone. Done.

If it's in MP3 format, iTunes doesn't care where it comes from for music because MP3 files don't generally have DRM. I'm not saying this validates downloading stuff off YouTube, but iTunes has no way of telling.
Stop being a mindless clone and stop buying Apple products, they are made with slave labor, so if you're for getting rid of the confederate flag, but own apple stuff, you're not only an idiot, but a hypocrite of the highest level.
