How to stop apps from going from one device to the other?
Okay, so i just recently got a new iphone c.
When ever i download apps on it, it goes onto my moms ipad. I know it's because we're using the same apple id but on my old iphone 4s, it didn't do that. Same id, password, everything. Is there a way to stop them from going onto my moms ipad? My friend said there's a way to but i don't know if i should believe him.ty.
You should just sign up for your own apple id, but I believe you can turn off icloud to stop that.
I think you have to turn of the cloud feature i don't know for sure cuz I have an iPhone 4S
The only way to stop it is to set up your own apple account. Reset your iPhone to defaults from the settings app. There's a restore option in there. It will delete everything you currently have and then you can add apps under your own id.
As long as you use the same Apple ID everything is shared.
- Will my jailbreak on one device transfer to another device via iTunes? So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken. I don't want my jailbroken iPod to affect my iPhone 5. Will it affect it? I don't think it will but I just want to make sure before I sync it for the first time.
- How do you stop calls coming from one device coming to your device from iCloud (apple iPhone)? I'm 13 and i don't have a credit card so i use my mums account and since my phone and her phone has the same icloud, her calls come into MY phone and i've tried making a new apple id but it won't work so how can i stop it (i've already logged out on my phone) so how can i stop it?
- My iPhone is playing music through one earphone louder than the other one? I've had this problem before, and I solved it by changing a bar-like feature on the settings. But now I have iOS 7, it's gone back to the old setting and I can't find a way to change it back. I know people will think that I should just buy new headphones, but they can get expensive and thus I'd rather not. Any advice would be great! Thanks: D (p.s. I don't think it's just my headphones, but i'm not sure)
- Is there any way I can stop my old iphone photos from going to my new one? I just recently got a new Iphone 5 and I have an old 4s that i'm letting my sister use. Is there any way to stopping her pictures from transfering to mine?
