How to stop hitting the snooze button?

I use my iphone for an alarm and i put it across the room and even though i wake up to turn it off i go right back to bed
how do i wake up on time?

Go to bed earlier and try to put your phone somewhere in the room you have to get out of bed to turn off sometimes if you get up its easier to stay up

Go to bed earlier. Instead of messing around on the computer till late hours, you should read a book instead.

Lol you have no willpower, it's a different problem.
You're gonna have to work on that, try to sleep around the 8 hours a day (if possible) and wake up at the same time, even on your days off, and after you turn off your phone go straight to the bathroom and wash your face with cold water. Go make yourself a cup of coffee and don't think about sleeping.
It's hard, but you'll get used to that, everyone in this world has to wake up and go to school/work, you can do it too lol

You could put your lights on a timer, it's not too hard. Just get a plug in light timer, plug your lamp into it, and set the times you want it turned on. A lamp on the other side of the room though… Haha. Not sure how to do it with a ceiling light, but that'd be even better. Or get a hyper dog, it'd probably jump on your bed and wake you up soon as the alarm goes off.
