You can't stop individual parts from rotating. If you flick up from the bottom a bar will come up and at the top there are 5 circles, the furthest on the right is rotation lock. That's the best you'll get.

It is possible, but only with zoomed display
Open the Settings app on the iPhone and head to "Display & Brightness" Under the "Display Zoom" section, tap on "View" - select zoomed and set
