How to sync iPad messages with iPhone?
I have an iPad 3 (retina) and a iPhone 3G. Sending and receiving messages on iPhone but not on iPad how do I sync both up?
On the iPad:
Settings -> General -> Messages
Make sure iMessage is on and is using the address you want (including the phone number of your iPhone) under the Send and Receive option.
- Why do we need to sync iPad or iPhone or iPod? I don't get it I mean I have never synced my iPad I get all my files on my comp with the help of iCloud, why the hell do these stupid droid fans say that no syncing required for android rubbish, I think they are the ones who should be syncing because they haven't even got any clouds
- What does sync do between iPad and iPhone? I have an ipad currently, and I'm looking at getting a new phone. How does the sync feature work and what does it do? Is it worth me getting an iphone for that reason or shout i get an S3?
- Songs in itunes won't sync to ipod but will sync to iphone? So i have over a 1000 songs in my itunes library and they will all sync to my iphone no problem. But when i try to sync to my ipad (which has enough memory available) it will not.
- New iTunes 11 won't sync iPhone and iPad properly? Ever since I updated to the new iTunes 11 a couple days ago. The apps don't sync properly within the two devices. It used to be that whenever I deleted an app from itunes it would automatically erase it from both of my devices. Now even if I delete a few apps they will still be on them and I have to go in them and manually delete them, its not that big of a deal but its a huge pet peeve.
