How to take and edit soft grunge photos?
I've been interested in soft grunge photos lately and I want to know how to take them and edit them. I used and iPhone to edit and a canon powershot to take the pictures. I want them too look something like this

That said, the links you gave us are only poorly executed snapshots Not something I would try to reproduce. Raise your sights and try producing much better images, using your skills to compose brilliant images.
NOTE: These programs are used on computers and many of them are add-on's to Photoshop CC
Why not go to disgusting areas like abandoned buildings, places next to highways for grunge pictures.
For effects to edit them look up grunge photo effect tutorials in google.
It would be better to use a computer to edit them.
Then you could even use something like Paint.NET or GIMP, both of which are free
