How to tell when celebrities are on twitter?

So recently, i saw a picture of someone's notifications bar (on an iDevice) saying that certain celebrities were on their twitter at that moment. I forgot what app it was called… Does anybody know? Or does anybody know an app that can tell me when celebrities are on twitter (for iphone)?

Nothing can tell you that a celebrity is on there twitter except that celebrity or someone who see's theat person on there twitter because a lot of those big and famous people (beyonce rihanna Adam Levine) sometimes have people do it for them otherwise those "almost celebrities" like nash grier or Mabey even iggy azalea do it themselves

That app is fake then or photoshopped
You can only tell if they are on twitter if you see them tweeting something/retweeting, or favoriting a tweet.

  • Why do most celebrities use iPhones? Obviously android ha a better qualities and lasts longer but why don't celebrities use those? Do iPhones represent wealth? Most celebrities use blackberries for business and iPhones for personal too.
  • Why do most celebrities and Hollywood stars use Iphone instead of Android phones? I know some celebrities who endorse Samsung and other smartphone brands but behind the camera, they use Iphone. I know some people who are not wealthy; not even come from affluent clan, people don't earn that much but they managed to get an iphone through postpaid plan/instalment basis. They don't care if they will bury themselves into debts just to make themselves look wealthy/classy.
  • Why Do Celebrities Use iPhones Instead of Androids? I think androids are superior to iPhones but whenever you see a celebrity like Amber Rose, Beyonce, or the Kardashians post a picture, they always have an iPhone in their hands. Does apple pay celebrities to advertise their products? I've never seen a celebrity post a picture with an android device.
  • Why do celebrities use iPhone instead of Android? Android phones are superior to iPhones but why do they have iPhone when Android is better. Look at the Galaxy S III. Why don't celebrities have that phone?
