How to track locations of an iPhone?
Lets say I had a phone number of someone and wanted to arrange a chance encounter, is there anyway a normal civilian non hacker can figure out where they are just based off their cellphone? Without their knowledge obviously, I know there are apps for it with if we both use it, but I'd rather they not know.
Background story:
we're playing a game called water gun ninja (you all put your names in a hat, draw a name and have to get them with a water gun and take their targets name and get then till there's one left standing, and I'm trying to find my target and catch them unaware like in a grocery store or something)

- What is a good free iphone map app that will allow me to view locations saved at home? I have tried bing maps, but according to Microsoft, you can't view saved locations on your phone. Same goes for Google. I can't believe no one allows this! Is there one out there where i can set points of interest and/or plan a driving route on my home computer, log into my account from the app, and view/get directions from?
- I don't have icloud or find my iphone. Is there anyway to track my iphone 4? I'm using Verizon. I just lost it this morning. It's still on and I've tried calling it multiple times, but no one picks up. I don't have icloud or find my iphone. I was told to try using find my iphone through another iphone by using my apple ID. It only tracked the iphone I was using at that time rather than my own even though I was using my apple ID that I would use to purchase things off the app store. Is there anyway I can still track it if I have a serial number?
- I can't find my iphone and it has locations turned off? I can't find my iphone. I thought I left it in my locker, or on the bus, so I went on find my phone to see if I could track it but it has location services turned off, so it doesn't work. My parents found out, and are telling me that it's being used every hour. I only did it once, and I don't think that it automatically checks like that. Is there any way I could track it even if locations are off?

I logged into my Twitter from a friends iPhone once and now my account is on his Twitter app and he can log into my account whenever he wants & see all my notifications. He said that he can't log out of it on his phone, so I wondered if there was a way to log out from all locations from a computer? Also, I've tried changing my password and that didn't work
