How to transfer a playlist from iPhone to iTunes?
I made a playlist on my iPhone and it REFUSES to download onto my iTunes. The playlist has not been previously downloaded to my computer so the "export" "import playlist" method is not working. I also backed up my phone to icloud. All of my music and purchases have been downloaded. The playlists are the only thing I can't figure out. Can somebody help me?

- New iTunes / iCloud music - how to get a playlist onto iPhone? I've updated my phone and now the music app is COMPLETELY different. I have no option when syncing my phone to put playlists on there, it just says "iCloud Music Library is on". I don't even know what that means or how to turn it off.
