How to transfer apps from iPhone to iTunes?
My computer crashed recently and after installing iTunes, I have to download again apps I purchased from Appstore. However, I found that some old apps are no longer available in Appstore nor in my iCloud account. I want to transfer them back from my iPhone to my iTunes to have a backup just in case my iPhone is out of order. Anybody who can help me please.
If you just want to backup your App, iTunes is not a good choice. You can simply use other iPhone backup tool to do this job with ease.
1. Download and install a iPhone backup too, connect your iphone with pc.
2. With the backup tool, export the items you want to backup to your pc.

Well you can use icloud to transfer them to itunes
Use the same account on iTunes as you use on your iPhone for the app store and iTunes apps. If you do that then everything you buy will automatically download in iTunes when you open iTunes next. Worse case scenario you can go to one of the top tabs for iTunes and you'll have the option download bought items from iTunes and the App store and that should download everything.
- When i backup my Itunes. Does it save my apps and the memory in my apps? I have to backup my Iphone 4 to Itunes because i'm afraid it's going to break again. I don't want to lose my information in my apps. Cause i have a music app with over 300 songs and i don't want to lose them and have to re download them? Any help

- ITunes won't let me transfer apps? I currently have a jailbroken iphone 4 on iOS 5.1.1 and it won't allow me to transfer apps from my phone. When I click sync on iTunes, instead of allowing me to click Transfer Purchases, it just says 'are you sure you want to remove these apps from your phone'. This did not happen before. I have installous 5 and appsync for iOS 5.0+. I tried reinstalling appsync but it still didn't work. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
