Its quite simple you just plug in the phone and under the tab of your phone click on back up and everything that is on your phone will be saved including all of your apps. You can delete any apps you want from your phone because iCloud stores everything! It stores what apps, music, movies, etc that you've bought and will restore them whenever you want. So you can delete Minecraft because you've paid for it and it will always be yours even if you get a new phone.iCloud will even save your game for you and if and when you decide to put the game back on your phone, by going into the app store app and tapping on updates and then purchases, the game and all of its data will return.
