How to transfer contacts from Nokia Lumia 710 to iPhone 5?

I have tried various apps, most don't allow.jar files to open on the lumia 710 and others just don't work.
Please advise on what app (paid or non paid, i don't mind) can help me transfer all contacts from nokia lumia 710 to iphone 5… Also the lumia is now working on Wi-Fi and iphone on sim/Wi-Fi.

Go to your phone place they can do it really quick

Go to your phonebook settings. There must be a way out there to backup or export your contacts to your sd card. Now copy that.vcf file and put it in the iphone. And open it.
