How to transfer email folders from my iphone to my computer?

My computer was recently destroyed along with all my email folders (with months of emails), These folders are still on my Iphone, how can I transfer these folders onto my old laptop?

Usually it safe in server " there's copy in server "
if you open your email via outlook or mozilla thunderbird you'll get all email in your computer.

but make sure in setting if you want copy in server or delete it.

You can easily synchronize your iphone with your computer by following the given steps:
>Just plug your iPhone into the computer(Must have Outlook &iTunes installed on the system)
>Check the synchronization box
and then synchronize to copy any changes made on the iPhone to Outlook
