How to transfer everything from Ipod touch to an Iphone?

I've lost my ipod but i have everything synced up with my itunes on my computer. I'm getting an iphone and i need to know how i would transfer everything from that to my new phone?

If everything is in iCloud, just login and sync.

Import your ipod docs onto your ipods and then copy them onto your iphone

1. Plug your iPod Touch into your computer using the device's USB cable. Open iTunes, and click the iPod Touch tab under the "Devices" section in iTunes.
2. Right-click the iPod Touch tab, and click "Back up" from the pop-up menu. Disconnect your iPod Touch from your computer once the backup is complete.
3. Download applications from the App Store on your iPhone. In order to successfully transfer data from your iPod Touch's applications you'll need to have the same applications on your iPhone. Tap the "App Store" icon on your iPhone's screen, and download the apps you currently have on your iPod Touch.
4. Plug your iPhone into your computer using the device's USB cable. Right-click the iPhone tab under the "Devices" section of iTunes, and click "Back up."
5. Click "Restore" in the "Summary" section of iTunes. Click "Restore" on the dialog box to continue, and click "OK" once your iPhone has finished the restoration process.
6. Check the box next to "Restore from the backup of" and click the drop-down menu, and click "iPod Touch." Click the "Continue" button to complete the process.

You need to use iCloud it will do your contacts, all the app And every thing in apps and every thing EVERYTHING
