How to transfer everything from my ipod to iphone?

I just got an iphone and i don't know how to transfer apps pictures games or anything from my ipod touch to the iphone can i have a walkthrough or a vid link please

ITunes I think

First go to your itunes. Make sure everything from your ipod is backed up and synced to your library. If it is not backed up, then a pop up should appear saying would you like to transfer your purchases. Click "Transfer Purchases." Now if your content is not purchased material this is where you run into troubles. The best solution I found was copytrans. It cost 20 dollars but it gets everything done. Once everything is backed up into itunes plug your Iphone in. Run the setup (give it a name for example "My iphone", set all the preferences etc.) then you just press sync and it will sync all the material to your Iphone.

Pictures are a little different. If you click start "My computer" then click on your Ipod. It should be registered as a camera or photo storing device. Cut and/or copy all the pictures and put them into a folder. Now go into itunes, plug your iphone in, select the iphone, select the pictures and then select the option to sync pictures from a folder and select the folder you put all your pictures in.

That should take care of all the transferring you need done.

You can follow this tutorial to copy apps, pictures, songs and videos from your iPod touch back to computer. And then use iTunes to re-sync them to your new iPhone, this way works well for me.
