How to transfer imessages & sms from iphone 4 to iphone 5?
I wanted to know if there was a way to back up all my sms & imessages from my iphone 4. I wanted to back up my messages to my computer or iCloud then transfer them to a iphone 5, is this possible? If so how can i do this? I really want all my message on my new phone.
I would just backup on itunes, then connect your new iphone and set it up and everything copies over. (If you backup to icloud, then you can go http://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com and look at what you have backed up there… Its pretty cool).

Don't make the easy thing complicated. I have used the file transfer for iPhone program from M2mate which is really born to solve the problem.
The benefit is that you just need to plug your iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 to the program at the same time and then are able to transfer any information between the two devices in 1 click. (Don't have to repeatedly sync your devices )
- Why is my Iphone not sending as Imessages and receiving iMessages from one person? I'm texting my wife and we both have iPhone's and she is getting the messages as an iMessage but the ones I'm sending her on my end show up at green. Sometime it will go as blue, get the little red exclamation point then send as regular SMS. I'm texting someone else too and she has an iPhone, and she is getting mine as regular iMessages and mine are sending as regular iMessages. Why aren't they sending to me wife as iMessages?

So IIm texting my friend with iMessage ( we both have iPhones ) and I just started texting someone who doesn't have an iPhone and when I try to send them a message it ll take so long and it ll even say message failed it bugs like what the heck sprint.

- My iPhone won't let me do iMessages, only SMS? So the other day, my iPhone randomly decided to not send out any iMessages, only text messages. I don't understand why, maybe I messed with a setting? I don't know. Can anybody help me. A lot of my friends have iMessage and I can't talk to them because of it. Normally if I'm texting an iPhone it will be blue for IMessage and if it's a regular cell it will be green. Now they are all green and I can't message any iPod or anything. I don't get it.
